Who is it for?
Personal care, pressure-sore prevention, monitoring: a daily visit, following a care plan drawn up after a home assessment.
Dressings, removal of stitches, monitoring of vital signs: the rest of your care, at home.
Injections, drips, blood samples taken at home, at the prescribed times.
A nurse or a nursing assistant stays with your loved one for twelve hours.
How care is arranged
