We ask for as little as possible, and never for information about your health. This is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails.
Who is responsible?

What data, and why?
- Call-back request (Home care page): your name, your phone number and when you prefer to be called. Sole purpose: calling you back about your request.
- Contact form: your name, your phone or email, your facility if you give it, the subject and your message. Sole purpose: replying to you.
- Applications sent by email: your CV and message. Sole purpose: reviewing your application.
This data is processed with your consent, given by ticking the box provided. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who receives it?
Requests are sent by email to the practice’s mailbox and read only by the CAPSI staff who need them. They pass through our technical providers (website hosting and email), who are bound by confidentiality.
How long?
Call-back and contact requests are kept for twelve months at most after our reply; applications for two years at most. They are then deleted.
Your rights
Under law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the Côte d’Ivoire telecommunications and ICT regulator (ARTCI). CAPSI carries out with the ARTCI the formalities required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. For security, our servers keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for a limited period.
Only one piece of information is kept in your browser, for the length of your visit: the fact that the opening animation has already been played, so it is not replayed on every page.
