For regular care, a plan avoids surprises: you know what is planned, who comes and when. Each plan is adjusted after a home assessment, and the price is given to you before any commitment.
Senior Serenity
An elderly or dependent person, monthly
- One visit a day: personal hygiene, pressure-sore prevention, monitoring
- A weekly visit from the nurse
- News for the family every week
- The care plan reviewed every month
Back Home
After a hospital stay, for 7 or 14 days
- An assessment on the day of return
- One nursing visit a day, as prescribed: dressings, injections, drips, monitoring
- A report for your doctor at the end
Chronic Care
Diabetes, high blood pressure, monthly
- Four visits a month: vital signs, blood sugar, medication
- A follow-up sheet for your doctor
- The family alerted if something is wrong
Quiet Nights
Night sitting, per night or per week
- A nurse or nursing assistant with your loved one, from 8 pm to 8 am
- For a return from hospital, a difficult period, a carer who needs to sleep
And one-off care
An injection, a dressing, a drip, a blood test at home, one night of sitting: we also come for a single visit, with a prescription when the care requires it.
Our commitments
Home care you can check, at every visit.
- A qualified caregiver, with a badge
A qualified nurse or nursing assistant, trained in CAPSI’s methods. You know their name before the first visit.
- Every visit reported
Arrival and departure times, care given, vital signs: everything is recorded, and the family receives a report.
- A replacement if needed
If the planned caregiver cannot come, we offer you a replacement within 24 hours.
- A nurse to answer you
A call back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm; outside those hours, as soon as we open.
