Request a call

A name and a number are enough: a nurse calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Outside those hours, we call you back as soon as we open.

When should we call?

Please do not describe your health condition here: the nurse will discuss it with you on the phone.

Life-threatening emergency: call 185 (SAMU ambulance service).

How the care is given

  1. STEP 1You call us or leave your number

A nurse calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, understands the care needed and sets the first visit.

  2. STEP 2The nurse changes the dressing

They show their badge, look at the wound and change the dressing as prescribed.

  3. STEP 3Every visit is recorded

Time, care given, how the wound looks: everything is noted, to follow the healing from one visit to the next.

Keep the prescription to hand, and the hospital report if there is one. On the phone, the nurse tells you what is needed for the dressing.

Your questions

Do I need a prescription for a dressing at home?

For a complex dressing or prescribed care, yes: the caregiver follows your doctor’s prescription.

Can you remove stitches after surgery?

Yes, when your doctor has prescribed it, on the date given on the prescription.

What if the wound does not improve?

Every visit is recorded. If the wound does not improve, the nurse tells you and advises you to see your doctor again.

How much does a dressing at home cost?

The price depends on the dressing, how often it is needed and the district: we give it to you on the phone, before any commitment.
