FAQ

Your questions, our answers.

Cannot find your answer? Call us, or message us on WhatsApp.

Which areas of Abidjan do you cover?

Every commune of Abidjan. Our practice is in Yopougon Niangon Sud, where you can also come for care.

Who comes to my home?

A qualified nurse or nursing assistant, trained in CAPSI’s methods, who shows their badge. You know their name before the first visit.

How quickly can you come?

A nurse calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. During that call, we agree on the first visit together, depending on the need and the area.

How much does care cost?

The price depends on the care, how often it is needed and the area. We give it to you on the phone, before any commitment. For regular care, a written quote follows the home assessment.

How can I pay?

By Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash against a receipt. Families living abroad can pay remotely.

Do I need a prescription?

For prescribed care — injections, drips, complex dressings, blood samples — yes: the caregiver follows your doctor’s prescription. For personal care, monitoring or sitting, no.

Do you work at night and at weekends?

Yes, for sitting and care arranged in advance. For a new request, we call back Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.

My parents are in Abidjan and I live abroad: can you help?

Yes: we organise their care and keep you informed. See how we work with families abroad.

Is my health information protected?

This website never asks for health information. On the phone and at home, our caregivers are bound by professional secrecy, and your data is processed under Ivorian law no. 2013-450.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call 185 (SAMU ambulance service). Our home caregivers do not replace emergency services.
