Request a call

A name and a number are enough: a nurse calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Outside those hours, we call you back as soon as we open.

When should we call?

Please do not describe your health condition here: the nurse will discuss it with you on the phone.

Life-threatening emergency: call 185 (SAMU ambulance service).

How the care is given

  1. STEP 1You call us or leave your number

A nurse calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, and agrees the time of the visit with you.

  2. STEP 2The nurse arrives with their badge

They check the prescription and the medicine with you, then give the injection.

  3. STEP 3The visit is recorded

Arrival and departure times, care given: everything is noted. For a treatment over several days, the next visits are planned at the prescribed times.

Keep your doctor’s prescription and the prescribed medicine to hand. On the phone, the nurse tells you if anything else is needed.

Each plan is adjusted after a home assessment; the price is given to you before any commitment.
