Pink October

Caught early, breast cancer is easier to treat.

One minute to learn the check to do every month, and the signs that should make you seek care. The video is in French, and everything is written on screen; the same advice is written below in English.

Every month, take a few minutes for yourself.

  1. Look at your breasts in a mirror.
  2. Then feel them, all the way up to the armpit.

See a health professional quickly if you notice:

  • a lump in the breast;
  • a dimple or orange-peel skin;
  • a discharge from the nipple;
  • a nipple that turns inward;
  • a lump under the armpit.

If in any doubt, talk to a health professional. Share this message with the women you love.
